• A survey — sometimes a visit, sometimes a few photos if the job is clear
• A written price covering the charger, the cable route and any extra work
• Installation on a dedicated circuit with the right protection and earthing
• Testing, certification and a run-through of the app before we leave
• Notification to the distribution network operator where it is required
