• An assessment of your supply, consumer unit and earthing arrangement before any work starts
• A dedicated, correctly protected circuit for the charger — not a spur off something else
• Correctly sized cable for the actual run length, installed on a sensible route
• The charger mounted securely, level, and positioned to reach your car's charge port
• Testing of the new circuit and the certification that goes with it
• Notification of the new circuit as required, and the paperwork handed to you
• A tidy finish — cable clipped or contained properly, holes made good, mess cleared

None of that is optional extra work. It is the job. If a price looks unusually low, the useful question is not "why are they cheaper?" but "which of those items is not in this number?"
